I got some new and exciting info on a new Guitar Hero that comes out in October. If I'm late about this I apologize. I got two new issues of GameInformer. One with a cover showing Guitar Hero 4 and one showing Infamous for the PS3. I read the long 9 page article, and i seems as though it going to be similar to Rock Band, JUST ONLY BETTER(as so they say). Well, it looks better thats for sure. We got guitars AND drums this time. The drum kit is wireless so you don't have to deal with tangled up cords and stuff.
Other awesome improvements are stuff like create-a-rocker, new customizable guitars and drums, switching of band positions, and other awesome crap stuffed in. I was about to get GH3 Legends of Rock, but when I heard this I said I can wait for something more better. I never really played Guitar Hero before the 3rd one, which I played in Best Buy. Then I said this is great game. Anyway, people who are going to buy it its going to be a brutal price range attempt to get the kits. Here they are:

As you can see they're are many ranges from the complete band kits for PS3, 360, and Wii for $189.99, to uitar kits for $99.99, and of course the regular game is $49.99 for PS2 and Wii and $59.99 for the 360 and PS3. Of course, the PS2 band kit is only 10 dollars below of $179.99. I plan on getting it for the PS3. Another new addition to the game is creating your own music. You don't have to only play lists of songs made for the game, which is creative and you can also trade, share, and exchange songs with your friends online. Also you can create an online band with a mixture of members from your band with your friends bands online. The vocal system for making your songs is said to be good. Also how you play the drums effects how they sound in the game. For example, if I use the sticks to tap the drums lightly it will make a soft noise in the game and vice versa for playing on the drums hard. I'm an actual drummer and I am probably going to be slamming the drumsticks on the drums. I personally,never played that many music games, other than GH3 and one DDR. They say Neversoft is changing the genre of music games and I believe them. Here are some vids for the game:
